I’m pausing my usual Monday recipe post to share my very first giveaway—I’m so excited to offer another parent a little extra peace of mind.
Last year, when my oldest began preschool, I was nervous. Even though the school day was short, there was daily snack time and I worried an allergy could be overlooked in the hustle of a new classroom. I completed the required paperwork and spoke with the teacher, principal, and nurse, but still felt uneasy about daily reminders.
That’s when I discovered Talk For Me Tees. The shirt provided a simple, effective way to alert teachers, aides, and bus drivers about my son’s food allergies. It gave me reassurance, and my son loved wearing it. He may not have fully understood the allergy message, but he loved the shark design—and that was enough to make him proud on his first day.

He wore that shirt again and again. We still use it for play dates, the first day of gymnastics, and other new situations. It became my go-to shirt for times when extra visibility mattered.

My son picked a superhero design this time—no surprise there. He’s worn it repeatedly in a short time and even mentions it in his little prayers. He truly enjoys it.
He even strikes his “superman” pose in it. The shirt helps both of us feel a bit more confident heading into new situations.

While I wait for our allergist to complete the new school-year paperwork and prepare to speak with his new teacher, I’m relieved to have his first-day outfit ready.
