Here Are The Easter Brunch Bites
Pancake Poppers
Pancake poppers are a playful take on German puff pancakes—miniature, fluffy bites filled with fruit, syrup, and a dusting of powdered sugar. They assemble quickly and make a fun, shareable breakfast item that guests of all ages will enjoy.

Mini Quiches
Mini ham and cheese quiches are savory, cheesy, and easy to customize. Bake them in a flaky crust and prepare variations with different fillings to suit diverse tastes. They can be made ahead and served warm or at room temperature—ideal for a busy brunch.

Parfait Cups
Layered yogurt parfait cups with fresh fruit and crunchy granola offer a lighter option on the menu. Assemble them in clear cups to showcase the colorful layers. They’re easy to make ahead and serve as a refreshing breakfast or a light dessert.

Easter Carrot Cheese Ball
A carrot-shaped cheese ball adds charm to a snack board and pairs nicely with crackers and vegetables. Chill it ahead of time and place it center-stage on a platter for a playful, crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Cadbury Egg Crack
Cadbury Egg Crack is a quick and festive dessert layered with graham crackers, a caramel-like butter and brown sugar base, melted chocolate, and chopped Cadbury mini eggs. It comes together in about 15 minutes and is easy to slice and serve for a sweet finish to brunch.

Cadbury Pretzel Buttons
Cadbury pretzel buttons combine salty pretzels, a caramel or Rolo center, and mini Cadbury eggs on top. The contrast of salty and sweet plus the pastel candies makes these treats festive and addictive—great for kids to help assemble.
