Beech-Nut Naturals Baby Food

This easy baby food hack has been a game changer in our home. These tiny frozen fruit and vegetable dots take only minutes to prepare and use one pantry staple — Beech-Nut® Naturals™ baby food purees.

Finger Food for Toddlers

If your toddler prefers to feed themselves, frozen baby food dots are ideal. They encourage independent eating without the mess of practicing with a spoon.

These tiny dots are easy for small hands to pick up and work especially well for kids transitioning to self-feeding.

An Easy Way to Add More Veggies

Frozen baby food dots are also a great sneaky way to add more vegetables to your toddler’s diet. Beech-Nut® Naturals™ purees are made from real fruits and vegetables and contain no artificial ingredients, which makes them a reliable option when your child is picky about certain veggies.

Beech-Nut Naturals Flavors

Many toddlers refuse particular vegetables like zucchini, peas, or carrots, but often accept those same flavors when served as a small, cold dot. Turning jars of puree into tiny frozen bites helps ensure your child gets nutrient-rich veggies in a format they can enjoy.

Use Up Extra Baby Food

When toddlers begin favoring finger foods, jars of puree can pile up. Making frozen baby food dots is a practical way to use leftover jars and create a snack that children can feed themselves.

Soothing for Teething

The cold texture of frozen baby food dots can provide soothing relief for sore gums during teething. They’re small, refreshing, and easy for a teething child to hold and nibble.

How to Make Frozen Baby Food Dots

These dots are very simple to make. You only need basic kitchen supplies and one ingredient: baby food.
