At the end of my strength class yesterday we did a lot of rolling out on stability balls while spelling different phrases (things like “I love to workout” and “Heather is awesome”) as we rolled. My abs felt it the next day — seriously intense. Try it and see how your abs respond. Personally, I think spelling “Heather is awesome” is the one that did me in. 🙂
